Fighting disease and extreme poverty
Every day more than 1000 children die from drinking dirty water, the majority in Sub-Saharan Africa. Many girls are forced to walk miles every day to fetch water for their village, preventing them from going to school. We’re on a mission to give children in rural Africa access to safe drinking water, the most critical step in breaking the cycle of poverty.

Our solar powered water tower delivers clean water to a tap at the school in Saidi-Kunama in Malawi, enabling children to drink safe water at school. Now healthy and released from the burden of collecting water, these girls face a brighter future.
This is Aveles Banda from Chipata village in Zambia. Instead of waking up at dawn to trek miles to fetch dirty water, she now attends school and wants to become a nurse.
This is Bahati Moshi from Huzi Village, Tanzania. Free from the threat of cholera and other waterborne illnesses, he can now attend school.

Our commitment to a brighter future for African children
Community Empowerment
We hire and train 10 young people from every village to become water technicians. With these new skills they are able to maintain and fix the water system in their village, and it opens up new employment opportunities for them.

100% of every donation goes to project costs, as our overhead is fully covered by private donors. Thanks to our UN award-winning Remote Monitoring system, you can track live the amount of water pumped at any given time, in any village.
